Sri Srikantha Guru Datta Sai Mandiram, Datta Sai Veedhi, Madhura Nagar Road, Seethammadhara, Vishakapatnam.

This is the twenty eighth Temple on which i'm writing article that I visited during my 17th Pilgrimage to Sri Shirdi Sai Baba Temple at Visakhapatnam & Kakinada between 17th July 2013 till 26th July 2013.

This is the 27th temple to be visited at Visakhapatnam under the Pilgrimage Series for my Sai Photo Blog.

After visiting the Sanctum of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba at Sri Lalitha Peetham, Lalitha Nagar, My Neice took me to yet another temple of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba at Seethammadhara.

A Temple for Sri Shirdi Sai Baba has been built at Madhura Nagar Road, Seethammadhara. The Foundation Stone for the Construction of this temple was laid in 2006 & the Prana Prathistha of Sri Sai Baba at the temple sanctum was performed on 11th May 2007.

A 3.5ft Marble Statue of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba has been installed in the temple Sanctum. A 1ft Pancha Loha & 1 ft Silver statue of Sri Sai Baba used as Utsav Murthy have also been installed in front of the statue of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba.

This temple has Sanctums of Ganesha, Subramanya - karthikeya, Nagaraja - Sarpa Raja & Anjaneya Swamy at the entrance of the temple.

A Beautiful Plaster of Paris art work of Dattatreya with facinating colours can been seen on the background behind the Sanctum of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba.

On the Left side of the temple a 30ft Cement Potrait of Sai Baba in Standing Posture with the right index finger pointing towards the top & indicating " Sab Ka Malik Ek",  - "God is One" has been installed & this is the Highlight of this Small but very beautiful temple of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba.

The Temple Gopuram has been well designed & looks quite well maintained. Dhuni has been installed in the temple Premises towards the Left side.

Special Puja, Abhishek & Annadanam are conducted on Thursday & during Sri Ramanavami, Guru Poornima & Vijayadashmi - Sai Baba Punyathithi to Sri Shirdi Sai Baba.

Around 50 People are fed with Prasad Meals on every thursday after the completion of Noon Aarti. During festivals upto 1500 Sai Devotees are fed with Prasad.








Highlights of this Temple:

Landmark
This temple of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba has been installed at Datta Sai Veedhi, Madhura Nagar Road, Seethammadhara. When travelling from Guru Dwara Junction towards Seethammadhara, Take a Right turn at Madhura Nagar Road. Temple can be seen towards the left side of the Road.

A Huge 30ft Potrait of Sai Baba has been designed on the wall next to the temple & is the prime highlight of the temple.

Kakad Aarti: 06:15 AM
Madhyan Aarti: 11:15 AM

After the Darshan, We returned home as it was around 12 Noon. In the evening My Brother in Law took us to the Famous Kailasagiri Hillock & we spent our evening sight seeing around the hillock. So My day # 4 of Pilgrimage ended after the visit to this temple of Sai Baba at Seethammadhara.

We saw 2 temples on Day # 4 - Sunday, 21th July 2013 during the 17th Pilgrimage of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba Temples at Visakhapatnam. In Total 27 temples were covered from the 1st till 4th Day of the 17th Pilgrimage.

On Monday, 22nd July 2013 as it was a Guru Pournima Day, we visited the Sri Shirdi Sai Baba Mandir near Railway New Colony & the photo's of the same have already been published along with the article. The Rest of the Day went on quite & i performed Meditation throughout the Day.

1 temple was seen on the Day # 5 of the Pilgrimage on Tuesday, 23rd July 2013 at M V P Colony. More on the same in the Next Article.

Sri Sai Baba Sannidhi, Sri Lalitha Peetham, Lalitha Nagar, Visakhapatnam

we returned home after visiting the Sri Shirdi Sai Baba Sanctum at Sri Seetha Ramalayam, Murali nagar near to Passport Office on the Day # 3. As it was a Sunday the next day it was not possible for my sister to accompany to Sai Baba Temples as she was busy with the House Hold Activities.

So I requested my Neice & she obliged to take me to Sai Baba temples during the Morning Session of Day # 4. My Sister suggested that the Sai Baba Sanctum at Sri Lalitha Peetam & one more temple near by & return back for the Early Lunch session back at home.

On Sunday, 21th July 2013, I started my Day # 4 of Pilgrimage to Sai Temples & visited my 26th temple at Visakhapatnam & 1st temple for the Day. I got up by 7am, got ready & performed Puja & Meditation at Home. Later Helped my sister with some activities at home. After having a cup or two of tea, it was time for us to start the temple visit. My Neice had got ready by then & we hit the streets again to visit yet another temple sanctum of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba.

We had heard about the Sri Lalitha Peetham at Lalitha Nagar, where a Very Famous Temple/Peetam of Lalitha Devi & Sri Chakram are installed in the temple Premises. We also came to Know that a Sanctum for Sri Shirdi Sai Baba has been installed in the temple Premises of Sri Lalitha Peetham.

Sri Lalitha Peetham was built in 1945. Sri Sri Sri Dakshina Murthy Paramahamsa Maharaj was the 1st Peethadipati/ Pontiff of Sri Lalitha Peetham Mutt.

During the tenure of Sri Sri Sri Shiva Chidananda Swamy the 3rd Peethadipati/ Pontiff of Sri Lalitha Peetham, the Sanctum for Sri Shirdi Sai Baba was Installed adjacent to the Sanctum of Sri Lalitha Devi & Sri Chakram. 

A Sanctum for Sri Shirdi Sai Baba was built inside the Sri Lalitha Peetham in 2000. A 4.5ft Marble Statue of Sri Sai Baba has been installed in this temple Sanctum. A 1ft Pancha Loha Statue of Sai Baba used as Utsav Murthy is also installed in front of the Main Statue of Sri Sai Baba.

A Small Marble Statue of Sai Baba along with Spatika Lingam, Panchaloha Statue of Lalitha Devi, Anjaneya Swamy & Lakshmi Narayana have been in front of the Main Statue of Sai Baba. Abhishekam is performed to these Statues daily along with the main statue of Sri Sai Baba.

Sheerabishekam is performed daily & Panchamrutha Abhishekam is performed on every thursday & special day to the main statue of Sai Baba.

This Peetham houses Sanctums of 1st Peethadipati: Sri Sri Sri Dakshina Murthy Paramahamsa Maharaj & 2nd Peethadipat: Sri Sri Sri Avyathananda Maharaj Swamy, Ganesha, Easwara on whom devotees can perform Abhishekam, Sri Agastya Muni, Sri Puri Jaganatha Swamy, Sri Guru Dakshina Murthy facing South, Sri Hayagriva, Sri Dattatreya, Gowri Devi, Ayyappa Swamy, Sri Adi Sankaracharya &  Navagraha in front of the Entrance of the temple.

Sanctums for Sri Chakram - Utsav Murthy of Sri Lalitha Devi, Durga Devi, Kashi Annapurneshwari, Sri Saraswathi, Vijaya Ganapathi, Kameshwara, Raja Shyamala Devi, Sri Gayathri Devi, Mahishasura Mardhini, Sri Prathyankara Devi, Sri Venugopala Swamy, Varahi Devi, Kalika Devi, Kala Bhairava, Maha Lakshmi, Madurai Meenakshi & Bala Tripura Sundari Devi have been installed in a building adjacent to the Sanctum of Sri Lalitha Devi.

In the Main Sanctum Lalitha Devi with Sri Chakram has been installed along with the Panchayudhana Statues of Ganesha, Easwara, Parvati, Surya & Vishnu. Nithya/ Daily Panchayudhana Puja is performed at the Main Sanctum of Sri Lalitha Peetham.

On the other side Adjacent to the Sanctum of Sri Lalitha Devi, Sanctums for Sri Rama, Sita, lakshman sametha Anjaneya Swamy, Sri Bala Subramanya, Shammi Vruksham, Sri Nagaraja - Sarparaja, Sri Shirdi Sai Baba, Sadguru Sri Mouna Swamy & Sri Radha Krishna Brindavanam has been installed.

Sanctums for Sri Venkateshwara Swamy, Sri Narasimha Swamy & Sri Satya Narayana Swamy are yet to be installed.

Behind the Sanctum of Sri Sai Baba, a Big Prayer Hall has been built & Homam, Spiritual Discourse, Samuhika Kumkum Archana & other programs take place.

The Arch at the entrance of the Road has been well designed & statue of Lalitha has been installed on top of the Roof below the Arch.

Dhuni has been installed in the temple Premises towards the right side in front of the Sanctum of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba.

Special Puja & Abhishek are conducted on Thursday & during Sri Ramanavami, Guru Poornima & Vijayadashmi - Sai Baba Punyathithi to Sri Shirdi Sai Baba.

Special Puja are performed on Sravana Mangalwar/Tuesday & Shukravar/Friday, Vara Mahalakshmi Vratham, Navaratri to Sri Lalitha Devi.

Annual Kalyan Utsavam to Sri Lalitha Devi & Kameshwara are performed during February each year in a very Grand Manner. AnnaDanam is performed during the Kalyan Utsavam Event.

This Sanctum of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba has been installed at Sri Lalitha Peetam at Sri Lalitha Nagar. It is Near to the Shankar Mutt. When travelling from Dwarakanagar, Shankar Mutt is seen towards the left side. Continue ahead in the road. A Arch with the cement Statue of Lalitha Devi can been seen towards the Left Side. Turn to the left & Proceed further. This temple is at Left side of the Road at Sri Lalitha Nagar.

After visiting the Sri Shirdi Sai Devalayam, Prahlada Puram, Off Simhachalam Main Road, we visited the last temple of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba for the Day at Murali Nagar near to Visakhapatnam Passport Office.

While returning back from Simhachalam towards the City Area, we took a left turn at Murali Nagar Area. Once inside the Murali Nagar Area, we had to take a right turn & the temple of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba was at left side. It is around 300mtrs from the Passport Office on NH 5 Highway.

A Sanctum for Sri Shirdi Sai Baba has been built inside the Sri Seetha Ramalayam. The Foundation Stone for the Construction of this temple was laid on 4th February 2006 & the Prana Prathistha of Sri Sai Baba at the temple sanctum was performed on 28th January 2007.

This temple has Sanctums of Sri Rama, Sita, lakshman sametha Anjaneya Swamy, Sri Shirdi Sai Baba, Guru Sri Shankaracharya, Subramanya Swami & Navagraha

A 2.5ft Marble Statue of Sri Sai Baba has been installed in this temple Sanctum. A 1ft Pancha Loha Statue of Sai Baba used as Utsav Murthy is also installed in front of the Main Statue of Sri Sai Baba.

On the 3 sides of the Temple Sanctum, Cement statues of 2 Sai Baba in different Poses & Dattatreya have been installed.

The Arch at the entrance of the temple has been well designed & another statue of Sri Sai Baba has been installed on top of the Roof below the Arch.

Dhuni has been installed in the temple Premises towards the Left side. Sai Baba's Potrait made of cement has been designed on all the sides of Dhuni.

Special Puja, Abhishek & Annadanam are conducted on Thursday & during Sri Ramanavami, Guru Poornima & Vijayadashmi - Sai Baba Punyathithi to Sri Shirdi Sai Baba.







Highlights of this Temple:

This temple of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba is at Murali Nagar, off NH 5 Road, Visakhapatnam. It is Around 300mtrs from Visakhapatnam Passport Office. On Entering Murali Nagar, Take a Right turn immediately & proceed 200mtrs ahead. This temple is visible from the main road towards Left when travelling from Passport Office.

After the Darshan, We returned home as it was around 8:00pm. My day # 3 of Pilgrimage ended after the visit to this temple of Sai Baba at Murali Nagar. As we were tired, My Brother in Law took us to a restaurant for the evening Tiffin & we decided to visit more temples the next morning.

We had seen 6 temples on Day # 3 - Saturday, 20th July 2013 during the 17th Pilgrimage of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba Temples at Visakhapatnam. In Total 25 temples were covered on the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Day of the 17th Pilgrimage.

Sri Shirdi Sai Devalayam, Prahlada Puram, Off Simhachalam Main Road, Visakhapatnam

This is the twenty fifth Temple on which i'm writing article that I visited during my 17th Pilgrimage to Sri Shirdi Sai Baba Temple at Visakhapatnam & Kakinada between 17th July 2013 till 26th July 2013.

This is the 24th temple to be visited at Visakhapatnam under the Pilgrimage Series for my Sai Photo Blog.

After visiting the Sri Sri Sri Shirdi Sai Baba Vari Alayam, Sri Sai Madhava Nagar, Naidu Thotha, Off Simhachalam Main Road, we visited yet another temple of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba at Prahlada Puram, off Simhachalam Main Road.

This temple is a two floor building with the Main Sanctum of Sri Sai Baba on the Ground floor & a Mandir for Sri Lalitha Devi on the First Floor.

A 4.5ft Marble Statue of Sri Sai Baba has been installed above a Sri Chakram on the ground floor of the temple premises & considered as a Shakti Stalam.

On the First Floor Just Above the Statue of Sri Sai Baba, Sri Lalitha Devi's Statue has been installed in the temple Premises.

Sanctums of Ganesh, Subramanya, Shiva, Parvathi, Dattatreya & Rama, Sita, Lakshman sametha anjaneya swamy have been installed on the ground floor at the entrance of the temple premises.

A 1ft Pancha Loha Statue of Sai Baba & 1ft Marble Statue of dattatreya used as Utsav Murthy is also installed in front of the Main Statue of Sri Sai Baba.

Dhuni has been installed in the temple Premises towards the entrance & Gurusthan with Neem Tree has been installed at the entrance of the temple towards the Left side.

Special Puja & Abhishek are conducted on Thursday & during Sri Ramanavami, Guru Poornima & Vijayadashmi - Sai Baba Punyathithi to Sri Shirdi Sai Baba.

Special Puja, Kumkum Archana, Sri Lalitha Sahasranama Parayanam, Devi Saptha Shati Parayan & Homam are performed to Sri Lalitha Devi on Friday, Amavasya, Pournami, Vara Maha Lakshmi Vratham & During Navaratri.

Very Strong Cosmic Vibrations were felt in the temple Premises & some miracles occured during my visit to this temple Sanctum. These Miracles gave me confidence to do more of Temple Pilgrimages & Charity Work in the name of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba.

Sri Sri Sri Shirdi Sai Baba Vari Alayam, Sri Sai Madhava Nagar, Naidu Thotha, Off Simhachalam Main Road, Visakhapatnam

This is the twenty fourth Temple on which i'm writing article that I visited during my 17th Pilgrimage to Sri Shirdi Sai Baba Temple at Visakhapatnam & Kakinada between 17th July 2013 till 26th July 2013.

After visiting the Sri Sri Sri Samartha Sadguru Sai Natha Devalayam, Grama Seva Sangam, Kotta Venkoji Palem, we took a break & reached home. After a Quick Nap & a Refreshing cup of Masala Tea, We decided to go out again on a temple visit.

By then My Brother in Law came back from work. As it was a Saturday, he returned home by 3pm after the Half Day work.

My Brother in Law refreshed & he planned to take us to Simhachalam Hillock to have a Darshan of Sri Varaha Narasimha Swami & also to see some more Baba temples on the way back from Simhachalam.

After a Successful Darshan of Sri Varaha Narasimha Swami at Simhachalam hill, we headed towards Sri Sai Madhava Nagar, Naidu Thotha, Off Simhachalam Main Road to have the Darshan of 5.5ft Marble Statue of Sri Sai Baba at Sri Sri Sri Shirdi Sai Baba Vari Alayam.

This temple is a two floor building with the Main Sanctum of Sri Sai Baba on the first floor & a Dhyana Mandir in the Ground Floor.

The Mandir Hall is so big that it can accommodate atleast 2000 Devotees to worship at a time inside the sanctum of Sai Baba.

Built on a 1/2 Acre Property at Naidu Thotha, this is one of the biggest temples in Visakhapatnam. Still the Construction & finishing phase of the temple is in progress & is looking for devotees to make some contribution to complete Painting & other maintainence of the temple.

A 5.5ft Marble Statue of Sri Sai Baba along with 3ft Marble Statue of Ganesh & Hanuman have been installed on the 1st floor of the temple premises.

A 1.5ft Pancha Loha Statue & 1ft Marble Statue of Sai Baba used as Utsav Murthy is also installed in front of the Main Statue of Sri Sai Baba. Pancha Loha Utsav Murthy of Rama, Sita, Lakshman Sametha Anjaneya Swamy has been installed in front of the sanctum of Hanuman.

In the Ground floor a 2ft Marble Statue of Ganesh & Dattatreya with a Potrait of Sri Sai Baba has been installed in the Dhyan Mandir.

Dhuni has been installed in the temple Premises towards the Left & Gurusthan with Neem Tree & Lendi Baug has been installed at the entrance of the temple towards the Right side.

Special Puja & Abhishek are conducted on Thursday & during Sri Ramanavami, Guru Poornima & Vijayadashmi - Sai Baba Punyathithi to Sri Shirdi Sai Baba.

Daily Bhajans are performed in the temple after the evening Dhoop Aarti.

Some Miracles also took place in this temple which gave me confidence to do more of Temple Pilgrimages & Charity Work in the Name of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba.  More on the same in the Next Article.
