This is my Seventh Pilgrimage to Visit Temples of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba. Sai Devotees can go through links placed in the Right Side Bar to view the list of temples visited by me under the Pilgrimage series. As there were lot of Articles to be published in between for Guru Pournima & Sai Punyathithi Programs, I'm publishing this set of article now. The Actual Journey commenced on 18th Aug 2011 and ended back on 23rd Aug 2011.

I have already written about the Sri Sai Baba's Nakshatra Malika Program that was held at Rajahmundry on Sunday 21st Aug 2011. As the Program was performed at our Blog Writer Mrs. Padma Karunakaram's Home at Rajahmundry, i was invited for the program. I started 2 days in advance so that i could visit some Sai Baba Temple enroute to Rajahmundry.

I started my Journey on Thursday, 18th Aug 2011 & arrived at Vijaywada on friday 19th Aug 2011. I was received by one of the Sai Devotees Sri. Mallikarjuna who was well instructed by Mrs. Padma to take me to Sai Temples around Vijaywada.

After getting ready by 6:30 am, there was a sudden change in Plan & my Guide decided to take me to some Sai Temples in rural parts of Krishna Dist.

As we boarded the train, i came to know that Sri. Mohan Rao of Bhairavapatnam Sai Baba temple came to know about my trip to Vijaywada & had asked Sri Mallikarjun to bring me to Bhairavapatnam Sai Baba temple definitely. So as planned we travelled to This Beautiful Temple of Sai Baba at Bhairavapatnam Village in Krishna Dist of Andhra Pradesh.

As i had already published about the Bhoomi Pujan & Prana Prathistha ceremony of the temple in detail in Sai Photo Blog, i just went to the temple to have Darshan of Sai Baba, take his blessings & also to take some snaps of the temple. This temple is built next to a small Lake that caters to Fishing Farm.

This temple is at a distance of around 500mtrs from the main road connecting Mandavalli to Kaikaluru Town. A Arch with the Idol of Sai Baba has been installed at the Main Road Entrance & it is very easy to spot this temple. Govt. School is adjacent to the Temple premises & very easy to locate.

A 5ft Marble Statue of Sai Baba has been installed in this temple. Sai Baba's Marble Statue looks very Calm & Peaceful. It was a very gud place to perform Meditation on Sai Baba & i could feel that Happiness in me that i finally made it to this temple. A Small Marble Statue of Ganeshji & Dattatreya & Panchaloha Statue of Saraswati Matha & Ayyappa are also installed along the Sides of Sai Baba.

At This temple, Sai Baba's Aarti's & Abhishek are peformed Daily. A Beautiful Palki & Unjal(Cradle) have also been installed in the temple premises. Palki Utsav is peformed on Thursdays & Other Special Days. Unjal Seva is performed every night after the Shej Aarti & Sai Baba is Made to rest on the Cradle.

A Pancha Loha Statue of Sai Baba from which it is Believed that the Udi started appearing for the first time during 2007 has also been installed at the entrance of the Temple & it has been enclosed in a Glass Casing. This was the Main inspiration to Build a Sai Baba Temple at Bhairavapatnam.

A Dhuni has been Installed at the entrance of the Temple & always keeps burning & producing the Sacred Ash/ Udi. A Small Idol of Ganeshji has been planned to be installed at the entrance of the temple to set right any defects in the Vaastu Shastra.

Special Puja & Satsung's are performed on Thursday's & other special Days of Sai Baba & Annadanam is performed regularly on thursday's here.

After having Darshan & also speaking to the founder of the temple, I was asked to visit a very famous Shrine of Shyamala Devi at Kaikaluru Town which was installed before 300 years by the then Sankaracharya/ Pontiff of Kanchi Kamakshi Mutt after performing Homam & Penence & get the blessings of Matha on the Very Auspicious 4th Friday of Aashada/ Aadi Month. After having the Darshan at Shyamala Devi Temple I visited the Next Temple of Sri Sai baba at Kaikaluru town. More on next temple visit in the Coming Article.

Bhairavapatnam & Its importance

1. From 30.12.2007 udi was seen falling from the top of sai Baba. The people who meditate in that place are getting their wishes fullfilled.

2. This village is 3kms distance from Kaikalur, West Godavari Dist.

3. "Shri Saibaba Dhyanamandiram" bhairavapatnam is supporting many schools, and doing much social work by helping people in need.
