This is the 15th Temple visited by me during my 13th Pilgrimage to Sri Shirdi Sai Baba Temples at Rajahmundry on Saturday, 17th Mar 2012.
After Successfully Completing the visit of the 1st Route of 8 temples & 2nd Route of 6 Temples covering a total of 14 temples, i'll now start describing about the 3rd route of temples visited around Rajahmundry Water Works & Pushkar Ghat which was done on Saturday, the 17th March 2012 & Tuesday, the 20th March 2012.
My 13th Pilgrimage at Rajahmundry Started with a Visit to:
1st Route of 8 temples in West Godavari Dist Near Rajahmundry.
2nd Route of 6 temples Near Railway Station in Rajahmundry.
1st Route of 8 temples in West Godavari Dist Near Rajahmundry.
2nd Route of 6 temples Near Railway Station in Rajahmundry.
This temple of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba is at the Entrance of Central Vegetable Marble & Opposite to Urvashi Theatre in Rajahmundry. This temple of Baba was Inaugurated 16th June 1997.
A 4th Ft Marble Statue of Sri Sai Baba along with the Statue of Ganeshji, Dattatreya, Marble & Panchaloha Utsav Murthy of Sri Sai Baba are installed in the Sanctum of this temple.
Sai Baba's Dhuni has been installed to the left at the entrance of the temple & kept actively lit with the firewood donated by the vendors of the market.
Black Statues of Sri Hanuman & Ganeshji can be seen at the entrance of the temple next to the dhuni
Sri Chakra Puja & Kumkumarchana is performed on Thursday, Friday & on all the 9 Days of Navarathri.
Palki Utsav is performed on all the Special Days around the Temple.
On Rama Navami Day, early in the morning a Procession with Palki of Sri Sai Baba is taken to the Godavari River. water taken from the river is filled in 108 Kalas & brought to the temple amidst Sai Devotees performing Bhajan & Sai Nama Sankeertan & Abhishek to Sri Sai Baba is performed with the water brought from the River.
On Guru Pournima, 200kgs of Flowers are procured to perform Pushpabishekam. During Navarathri Special Puja & Alankar are performed on all the 9 Days of the event. On Sai Punyathithi, Akanda Nama Sankeerthan along with Samadhi Puja is performed to Sai Baba.
During Karthika Masa, Nithya Deepalankarana Seva is performed with 108 Diya's.
On Datta Jayanti, Datta Homam & Special Abhishekam to Sai Baba & Dattatreya are performed in the temple Sanctum.
Baba's Silver Simhasan, Crown was procured with the Contributions from Sai Devotees & is decorated only on Thursday & Special Days
