Sri Shirdi Sai Baba Dhyana Mandiram, Sri Seetha Ramalayam Samudayam, Murali Nagar, Visakhapatnam

Aum Sai Ram.

This is the twenty sixth Temple on which i'm writing article that I visited during my 17th Pilgrimage to Sri Shirdi Sai Baba Temple at Visakhapatnam & Kakinada between 17th July 2013 till 26th July 2013.

This is the 25th temple to be visited at Visakhapatnam under the Pilgrimage Series for my Sai Photo Blog.

After visiting the Sri Shirdi Sai Devalayam, Prahlada Puram, Off Simhachalam Main Road, we visited the last temple of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba for the Day at Murali Nagar near to Visakhapatnam Passport Office.

While returning back from Simhachalam towards the City Area, we took a left turn at Murali Nagar Area. Once inside the Murali Nagar Area, we had to take a right turn & the temple of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba was at left side. It is around 300mtrs from the Passport Office on NH 5 Highway.

A Sanctum for Sri Shirdi Sai Baba has been built inside the Sri Seetha Ramalayam. The Foundation Stone for the Construction of this temple was laid on 4th February 2006 & the Prana Prathistha of Sri Sai Baba at the temple sanctum was performed on 28th January 2007.

This temple has Sanctums of Sri Rama, Sita, lakshman sametha Anjaneya Swamy, Sri Shirdi Sai Baba, Guru Sri Shankaracharya, Subramanya Swami & Navagraha

A 2.5ft Marble Statue of Sri Sai Baba has been installed in this temple Sanctum. A 1ft Pancha Loha Statue of Sai Baba used as Utsav Murthy is also installed in front of the Main Statue of Sri Sai Baba.

On the 3 sides of the Temple Sanctum, Cement statues of 2 Sai Baba in different Poses & Dattatreya have been installed.

The Arch at the entrance of the temple has been well designed & another statue of Sri Sai Baba has been installed on top of the Roof below the Arch.

Dhuni has been installed in the temple Premises towards the Left side. Sai Baba's Potrait made of cement has been designed on all the sides of Dhuni.

Special Puja, Abhishek & Annadanam are conducted on Thursday & during Sri Ramanavami, Guru Poornima & Vijayadashmi - Sai Baba Punyathithi to Sri Shirdi Sai Baba.







Highlights of this Temple:
1. A Sanctum for Sri Shirdi Sai Baba has been built inside the Sri Seetha Ramalayam. The Foundation Stone for the Construction of this temple was laid on 4th February 2006 & the Prana Prathistha of Sri Sai Baba at the temple sanctum was performed on 28th January 2007.

Landmark
This temple of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba is at Murali Nagar, off NH 5 Road, Visakhapatnam. It is Around 300mtrs from Visakhapatnam Passport Office. On Entering Murali Nagar, Take a Right turn immediately & proceed 200mtrs ahead. This temple is visible from the main road towards Left when travelling from Passport Office.

Kakad Aarti: 06:15 AM
Madhyan Aarti: 11:10 AM
Dhoop Aarti: 06:15 PM
Shej Aarti: 08:00 PM

After the Darshan, We returned home as it was around 8:00pm. My day # 3 of Pilgrimage ended after the visit to this temple of Sai Baba at Murali Nagar. As we were tired, My Brother in Law took us to a restaurant for the evening Tiffin & we decided to visit more temples the next morning.

We had seen 6 temples on Day # 3 - Saturday, 20th July 2013 during the 17th Pilgrimage of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba Temples at Visakhapatnam. In Total 25 temples were covered on the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Day of the 17th Pilgrimage.

2 temples were visited on the Day # 4 of the Pilgrimage. More on the same in the Next Article.
