During my Visit to Kakinada for the Puja in July 2013, I got the chance to visit this temple of Sri Shirdi Sai baba at Mukteshwaram Village, East Godavari Dist.

This temple has been built adjacent to the famous Mukteshwaram Shiva Mandir & Opposite to Venkateshwara Swamy Temple. The is a Village Folklore telling that those who visit Mukteshwaram once in their life time get Mokha & are granded access to Heaven.

The Foundation Stone to Build the temple for Sri Shirdi Sai Baba was laid on 16th August 2009. In about 7 Months duration, the temple sanctum was constructed & on 31st March 2010, the Prana Prathistha of Statue of Sri Sai Baba was performed & the temple was inaugurated for the Sai Devotees of Mukteshwaram Village.

A 4ft Marble Statue of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba has been installed in the Temple Sanctum.

Special Puja & Abhishek are conducted on Thursday & during Sri Rama Navami, Guru Poornima & Vijayadashmi - Sai Baba Punyathithi to Sri Shirdi Sai Baba.
