Today we are going to see yet another Sai Baba Temple in Kakinada town of Andhra Pradesh. This Sanctum of Shirdi Sai Baba has been installed at Sri Sharadamba Temple. This temple is near to the famous Kakinada Lake on the way to Sarpavaram Junction from Banugudi. It is around 5 Kms from the Railway Station.
A Small Marble Statue of Shirdi Sai Baba has been installed in the temple premises along with the sanctums of Shiva & Sharadamba Devi after more & more Sai Devotees requested for a Sanctum of Sai Baba in this temple. Baba's Statue is quite Unique though it is small. The Facial features are quite amazing & i felt as if Baba is keenly watching every one of us. Also the Right hand fingers are attracting me towards him & i feel that he is blessing the Sai Devotees visiting him.
Sai Baba is nicely dressed & wearing a Silver Crown. A Small Pancha Loha & Marble statue are placed below him & are used as Utsav murthy. Baba's Aarti is performed regularly & there is special Puja & Bhajans on all the Thursdays.
Marble Paduka of Sai Baba has been installed in front of him & a Wooden Paduka is placed next to him which is usually taken to Devotees house where special Puja or Bhajan are performed by Request.
