Silver Throne for Baba at "Sai Darshan Mandir" Malad, Mumbai

Shri Sai Darshan Mandir Trust was established 29 years ago on the auspicious day of Gudi Padwa.Originally, this Temple had an Idol of only Shirdi Sai Baba but then gradually by Baba's grace Idol's of 16 other God/Goddesses like Shree Babosa Maharaj, Shani Dev, Hanumanji, Dattatrey Bhagwan, Jalaram Bappa, Pitra Dev, Sitla Mata, Rani Sati Dadi, Shankarji, Ambe Mata, Ganeshji, Shyam Baba, Jin Mata, Bhairavnathji, Ram Darbar & Radhe Krishna were installed.

- SILVER THRONE FOR SRI SAI BABA-

On the initiative of one Sai devotee, a 17 kg Silver Throne costing around Rs.6 lacs was offered to Baba at the Sai Darshan Mandir, for which, apart from his considerable contribution, other devotees too, together with the Temples Trust contributed.

First a Wooden Mould of the Throne was made, which was then entirely Silver Plated. The Screws used for fixing the Silver plates on the wooden mould are also made of pure Silver. After almost a month in making, this Silver Throne was finally installed at the Sai Darshan Mandir, on Thursday 12th August 2010 by Guruji Acharya Shri Parvati Vallabhji Maharaj from Vrindavan.
